The Hydrotherapists
Karen
Karen opened the pool after her chocolate labrador 'Chum' tore his cruciate ligament.
Karen is a Canine Hydrotherapist.
Karen is extremely driven, dedicated and passionate about the pool and genuinely cares about each and every one of the pets that come to Four Paws Aqua. Karen offers a level of support to owners which is unrivled.
Karen has attended a Hydrotherapy and theory and practice at the greyfriars rehabillitation and hydrotherapy referral centre in Guildford .
she also attended Sparsholt college first Aid course for dogs& cats
also attended Biolab uk limited swimming pool & spa water treatment course

Ali
Ali is a Canine Hydrotherapist.
Ali gained a triple distinction in the BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management and a Distintion in the BTEC First Diploma in Animal Care. She has worked with horses for seven years and owns a number of different animals. Dog obedience, agility and flyball have all been favourite hobbies.
Ali has attended a Hydrotherapy and theory and practice at the greyfriars rehabillitation and hydrotherapy referral centre in Guildford

The Volunteers
Jackie
Jackie Holds a Veterinary Assisant/Technician Diploma.
She Studied with DCA and her course was accrdited by NCFE. This course covered areas including animal handling and behaviour, treatment techniques and medical procedures, pharmacology and anaesthetics together with business management and even livestock practices for farm animals. Jackie recently attended the First Aid for Cats and Dogs course at Sparsholt College along with Karen and India.

India
India joined Four Paws Aqua in December 2009 and has just begun training to be a hydrotherapist alongside Karen and Ali. Her favourite part of the job besides working with the dogs is meeting and talking to the customers. Through volunteering at Four Paws Aqua, India has realised she would like a career in animal care and hopes to begin her training to become a Qualified Veterinary Nurse soon. She recently attended the First Aid for Cats and Dogs course alongside Karen and Jackie.
